Kawan sebagai office mate

aged 28yrs, single but not available, kerja satu opis ngn saya, gaji tak cecah RM2k pun, saya dah kenal for almost 7-8 yrs, seorang yg emoish mcm pompuan..haha. tak stable lagi la ni

Problem:
has working experiences like almost 3 yrs in different company. there's one which only lasting for 3months due to he can't stand of working shift (takde pun shift malam mcm keje hotel.celcom..haha) maybe just being mengada tak dapat spend more time with gf more kot.haha
now working wit my company. and have to do additional jobs (slightly je..keje reception) and tak sampai sehari buat xtra job dah mula tanye pasal extra allowance.

Then sudah berani sort of arguing dgn boss over a project that his handling. masuk bilik boss which currently boss is with a client, just to asked whether he can go off now for friday prayer, eventho his colleague is not back from lunch yet (have to take turn due to takde org nak jaga telefon)

on a few occasion that he'd rather asked the boss directly rather than to me (as the secretary) on certain issues which is silly and funny. results, aku yang meng-introducekan keje ni kat dia jadi malu and speechless over his childish attitude at work. tak sangka camni rupanya cara dia bekerja

Question :
Should i as his friend and a office mate to advise him on what is the do's and don'ts in the office/on how to deal with your boss?
Should i brief him on the office/admin etiquette?
After all of above, will he be offended and getting emoish mcm pompuan yg seperti dia selalu buat tu?
