I was still in shocked bile dapat tahu Muja @ Mohd Mujahidin yang keje di Ambank, kawan lelaki yg atleast once a month kitorang akan jumpe and lepak pas keje..was admitted to hospital for quite sometime
Aku dah tau dia ni dari lepas aku balik Phuket lagi dah demam..eventually on and off. so i thought that he had the same virus fever like mine..and asked him to go for a blood test..takut dengue plak
Then early Dec aku text him again for a monthly meet up but still..he's still in the same condition..demam and not feeling well. Then Christmas came and New Year too..and he still on silent mode. Well i thought that he must have been planning something..so i remain silent too. I thought about him again last week once the schools start and i emailed him to informed that his ex-colleague is on board but still...no reply.
Later i decided that i should text him and asked whats going on dude..so the replied was :-
"emil aku sakit dah 2 mggu masuk spital"
aku pun bleh rileks lagi and replied "wei ko sakit ape sampai duk lama2 kat spital?"
him " jgn banyak tanye aku sakit ni"..wohooo ok..wrong timing for a jokes i guess
well till i visited him last saturday with my fiancee...Oh NO..i don't believed that it's Muja
aku amatla terkejut sgt tgk keadaan dia time tu..he was so thin ever..muka cengkung, macam tggal tulang je. tulang dimuka jelas kelihatan. his color too was a bit changed. sedih.sedih sgt aku tgk dia tapi aku tanak nangis depan dia takut nanti dia sedih gak. but his lovely mom was there for him.now and then.itula kasih sayang sorang mak..setia menunggu di sisi katil. then we chat. aku tried to borak bende2 yg ceria coz tanak dia sedih. when he started to say
"emil, aku rindu nak lepak kat The Apartment mcm dulu (the last time we met and lepak for the month of Nov) then dia sibuk plak bertanye psl my wedding preparation..i just said plainly that
'a bit tight as i started the preparations dah'..
i'm a bit touched when he says ' lepas ni boleh tak nak lepak ngn ko lagi..amir, pasni boleh tak nak lepak ngn bini ko..sebln sekali je'..so sweet
then yang paling aku ingat sampai skang when he asked me on whats the wedding menu..it's just a normal menula, i replied. but the way he replied me mcm dia akan lama je sakit.. " nanti tolong bekalkan utk aku yer..aku tatau aku sempat pegi ke tak"..Oh gosh during that time aku nak nangis..tapi tahankan lagi.
His conditions is poorly sick..dgn takde selera mkn, air ber-bag2 masuk with antibitocs thru dripping..thats the only medicine so far that can helped him. doctor said that the lung infection were caused by his behaviour of taking Shisha. No doubt that he's not a smoker but he's on regular basis of Shisha bile dia melepak ngn bebdk tu..i witnessed that.
Aku macam rasa he's gonna be longer at Sungai Buloh Hospital tu..takpela as long as he's gonna be well. then the time we decided to off..i cant barely resist to hug his mom and guess what?yes i cried. sedih tgk muja mcm tu. mmg i still ingat the way he looked now. mmg dia lain. kurus.cengkung.tah dah brape kali he's been injected, to get his blood tested.
Sorry muja, aku tak ckp bye kat kau..coz aku tak sggup nak tgk muka ko mcmtu. I'm sorry i cried loudly outside your room..which i'm supposed to be strong and help you go thru this.
I just pray that you're gonna be ok soon so u can be there on my BIg day..and kite akan melepak lagi
ps: another lesson for others. minimize your smoking habit and stop Shisha. have a healthy life style!
