My last trip was 3-4 yrs back. this time its also Sofia first plane rides and we are using MAS. Hopefully more to come baby
I am so excited for this trip, maybe i miss my travelling moments with MAS when i used to worked with the hotel industry (i know i am one women that is kaki jalan)*grin*
And so we stayed at Holiday Villa Langkawi for their beach. Yes we are all a beach bummers
Oh man, Langkawi can be so freaking hot. Not to forget both my girls had this 'kepala panas'. Sofia was soaking in sweat. and me too, sigh
(ok enough of complaining just enjoyed the trip)
in our itinerary was
Day 1- due to 'miscommunication' incident about our booking, we only managed to be in the room at merely 4pm!! so the rest of the evening we just lepak by the pool and beach and had our simple dinner somewhere ate seafood and balik hotel. all slept early that night
day 2 - under water world
i had purchased the tickets earlier via groupon, and thanked for this as the que can be so long. twas during the labor day that we went here. so everyone can fly to langkawi too lol
after lunch at McD ( we went just for the a/c, read again we want their aircond)
i know we were so kiasu datang langkawi pun nak pegi McD, hadn't had enough at KL ke?
then some splurged on chocolates (yelah dtg langkawi must buy chocs other than the pinggan mangkuks, towel, senduk etc) don't worry i don't have that in my lists except for towel hehe
petang as usual lepak beach and swimming pool
malam went dinner to this cosy place called Laman Padi
i knew about this from my travel buddies page in FB so we check it out
they offered a set dinner where you can eat in the middle of paddy 'field' in the town
food was good with affordable price. go check it our and give a try. a whole new experiences
