The homemade food for Sofia

OK since takde cerita apa sangat nak di update
mehla share lagi cerita baby food sofia
gotta admit that at times, i'm trying hard to find any other menu for her so she won't feel bored with the current one. It seems like it's easy to eat but to plan a menu, even for a baby/toddler is not an easy task tau
even dah ada apps Annabel Karamel pun agak blur gak nak plan the menu
nak tengok jugak bahan2 yang ada sesuai ke tak
if not kene adjust mana yang perlu

While in FB, i do joined quote few groups on babyfood 
ie : Solid/Semi solid food for baby, home made baby food for baby and toddler
Home made baby food recipes etc

It's all because of Sofia. To get the ideas of getting the menu and to know what are the do's and don't on some ingredients

So moving forward, here is some of the food i did for Sofia
Oh btw, i had introduced minced meat for Sofia and apparently i need to intro by stages since she had minor constipation after having that -_-


Bf - sofia beef delight
Sc- creamy pasta chic with spinach

BF - sofia beef delight
minced meat, sweet potato, half slice of orange pepper/capsicum, 
unsalted butter
chicken stock
parsley *
onion

sauteed onion with unsalted butter, add in the rest except the *.
 simmer for 10mins and towards the end put in parsley
once cool down, blend all together


SC- creamy pasta chicken w spinach
This is one of Annabel Karamel's recipe. But i adjusted it bit

abc pasta for kids
chicken breast
spinach, corn
grated cheese, chicken stock
unsalted butter
milk

boil the pasta with milk until it cooked
put in unsalted butter and chicken (diced)
add in corn and spinach and bit of chicken stock
cook for 10mins and lastly put grated cheese
once cooked and cool down, blend it



Y- butternut chic
X - butternut carrot w spinach

direct preps : apple, dried apricot and pears together
all steamed, and blend together

Sofia fav's so far beside butternut chic
steamed all sweet potato and pumpkin with bit of chicken & chicken stock and put grated cheese.
then blend all together


I also prepared some that were not in the pictures
ie : beef quinoa with sweet potato and pears & 
bubur nasi with raisins and pumpkin

It's all about the creativity for your kids mommies :D
