Back to the memory place

Last weekend, geng2 ex- Diva SS bertemu kembali. (SS is meant for Suitestay, which currently known as The Zone on the Park). So we all decided berbuka puasa di SS la, untuk mengimbas kembali kenangan being a staff there. WIth the helped of Fred, we managed to get RM35 for their buffet instead of RM65/pax

this time, only 5 of us made it. Jay, Lee, Linda, Shahira and myself plus Fred the host
and obviously, it's berbeza from our time dulu. More new staffs but some old were still loyal, working there. 
This time, seats are fully booked. some were extended by the pool side.  tapi dalam byk2 tempat, Fred gave us near to the kitchen, far end. Pfft
nevertheless, it's near to the icecream kiosk, so we're happy
and so we met some old staffs from Engineering dept, which mostly dah kawin. uniform still sama kaler biru org je berubah sket. same goes to few kitchen staffs like Peter, Bob and Paijan. 
it's good that kitorg still kenal each other. and Hashim/syima still there, jadi Supervisor PA now (Public area). actually it's a HE but he lembut mcm noks2 so we called him syima/hasyimah.

adelah mengimbas kembali time kitorg keje dulu, mmg kelakar. time tu staff turn over takleh heavy sgt like now, tapi at F&B area mmg biaselah
lepas dah kenyang2 makan, perut ketat kan, so sesi amik gambar harus ada. mmg dah di remind kan suh diorg bwk camera pun. by knowing smua pun kaki posing, click click je 


dah habis posing kat F&B, turun FO plak (front office), staff smua budak barulah, eden tak kenal, just AM that day was Salim. He worked there be4, resigned, worked at NZ and return back to The Zone. So amik gambar lagi, posing sana sini. Tapi lobby tu dah menarik this time, tak macam dulu plain boring je. dah ada massage/spa section pun.


The Zone/SS was my 1st job after SPM. begin with part-time, then RT absorbed me to full time employee. Time tu memang best la layan guest kan, byk long term guest time tu coz we are apartment services. Honestly, kat situla tempat me mem-polish-kan my english. When you practice more, you begin to learn and get fluent. And also do lots of reading. i tend to talk alot, as you'll know, so i have fun doing that with my guests. but the worse part talking to the Japanese guest. Macam itik and kambing. guna lukisan pun hado to talk


disamping itu, time yg paling aku tak suka ever, keje shift malam. hadoi! tapi if ada geng yg sekepala, tu best ah. dapat AM mcm Lee, jgn harapla dpt tido lena kat dalam bilik safety box tu, tido2 ayam je dapat.pastu time nak cuti rayo, ku bernasib baikla coz i just take 2days and celebrate sini je, in return me bawak raya foods for friends yang kene keje. so at least they have the raya mood kan.


Tapi yg best, keje hotel  dapat saving giler. Foods/Uniforms/Shoes di provide. Plus dpt jumpe guest yang ohsem2, mcm i jumpa satu and be friend with, and still keep in touch sampai skang :)
and my batch that time mmg best, semua pun giler. Ada jela 2-3 yang senget sket.

Bila tengok memasing, semua dah berubah. Yelah ade yang dah kawin, cerai, janda duda, anak berderet and ada yg still single. Pastu biasela ade yg perut kedepan, muka tembams hahahahhahaha.
