We started with only 3 staffs including 1 former staff (Gundu) who has been almost 12 yrs with the Co. We struggled 2008 by ourself. Time tu my office desk was just a small one with one laptop. Then when my boss has showed his performance to the Board, slowly all other equipments came including my 19 inches desktop.
Kehadiran kami berdua kat sini tidak disenangi oleh byk staff. Of coz because we tried to changed the mentality of Malay yang keje with their lazy, shallow minded and never want to change attitudes (i might offend some of my readers here but this was back on 2008 and i do faced with this kinda ppl). From 3 staffs, we're increasing to 8 staffs now. Which there's a lot of turn over going on and the only still here are me and my boss.
My office is just a sub and Sdn Bhd Co. we do have our Mother company which runs the hotels membership. As a Sdn Bhd Co , we do struggled looking for business to make a profits and achieved our target. Somehow, after a tremendous achievement we did, almost everyone at the Mother Co was not pleased with our succesfull. Moreover, aku dapat 2 bln bonus..way better than them at the Mother Co. Plus, with my blunt-liness and sound depan2 attitudes, almost everyone doesnt like me, including my own staff. For them i was rude, berlagak and perasan bagus. Hell i care of what they called me.i was marked as a bitchy secretary..hahahah!
For almost 3 yrs here, i do encountered that some of the staffs main kotor. Manipulating the documents and info, jual brg office for some money, made money out of any transaction. Most of the staffs at the Mother Co quite old jugak..been there for 5-10 yrs. So their attitudes too never changed. The Accounts Exe is a very lazy-bum- ass worker which filing berterabur and selalu amik short cut. Bile org tanye some doc, dgn senang ckp "ade je kat situ..carilah"..aku rasa nak pelempang je
Banyak orang tak suke me and my boss here. For so many reasons. For so many good thing we did for the company. And as usual akan ada orang yang nak jatuhkan kite. Office politic, normal kan. Once, i've been accused by this Gundu saying that aku meng-santau kan diri dia..that's why she can't work for a month which the true is i have found out that she is cheated on something important..siap bagi remarks aku santau dia when i was back at Spore trip..gile ke?KL ni bomoh lagi bagus dr SPore la if aku nak santau ko gemuk
And the climax is.....
My boss was appointed to be the CEO for both Co. (yeah for my office and the Mother Co due to the former CEO at the Mother co has gone) and guess what i'm gonna be? I'm gonna be the 2nd person in the office. Executive Secretary to the CEO..i bet gaji this year increasing as well as the bonus..hoorahhh!!
Imagine those who don't like me and my boss would have to face our sweet face for their entire career life. Bet you can also think what are we both gonna do and revamp so many malfunctions at their office later?Muaahhahah..inilah yg dikatekan kuasa Allah mengatasi segalanya. Selama 3 thn aku tahan and ignored je segala cakap buruk psl aku and now they have to face me. Lets bring it on la..aku nak tengok berapa ramai lagi yg nak resign lepas ni
Bile di ingatkan balik, sakit hati keje ngn orang2 mcm ni..melayu plak tu. Suka hasad dengki and takleh tgk kaum sendiri maju, ade je nak di kondem. Bukan nak usaha to improve instead diorg lagi suka buat bende2 bodoh and remeh temeh just to sakitkan hati org lain. Nauzubillah, aku tanak ade kwn mcm ni.
Akan aku tunggu moment ni.. wef 1 Feb..lihatla korang sape yang betul and salah. Memang akan aku tunggu moment tengok muka korang bleh adapt tak ngn changes yg my boss will do..
