another 1 week on drugs

another meds for a week

yeah, this ear blocked that i've been suffering for the past 2 weeks has reached it's climax. Time for me to see the specialist of ENT at ampang puteri specialist hosp (APSH). I am the patient of Dr Singaran, quite an old guy whose 65+ yrs, as told by the nurse (if i'm not wrong). You even can call him ur grandpa but he is very good tho. He still have a clear eyes and ears (not like me..hehe) and that's why he's the specialist doctor that specialize in this field.

He checked and sprayed few things to my nose.Ears checked and seems on the left is ok but not the right one. The virus from the dry cough i had before that partly caused that. Then sent me for xray my nose, he suspected for a sinus and yerp, the resuts says that minor sinus, no worries.

Then doc also mentioned that i have to take care on my foods, meaning i cant have cheese, chocs, ice-cream, any cold drinks(ice), no seafoods, minimize on spicy food. All to be monitored and after a week on follow up with him..again.at least i don't have to be admitted kan?

And you know how much it cost me in total?Xray-RM45, meds (4 of them) Rm103, consultation & precedures-Rm120, Admin fee Rm5= Rm250(approx)..phiew. that's the price i have to pay if you chose to get a specialist but i think it's worth. After all, your healthy is the priority than any others. By having said that, i'm on cuti again for puasa today..tehee
